Indeed, according to a new report from Edarabia detailing the cost of school fees across Dubai, if you want to, you can spend a lot of cash on your children’s education.

Recently, we brought you the report’s findings on the cheapest schools in Dubai for secondary education. Today, we’re going into the most expensive schools. Admittedly, these are some of the finest private schools in the emirate, so it’s expected that they’d charge a lot. Still, we can’t help but wince at some of the numbers involved.

So here it is, the list of Dubai’s most expensive schools for secondary education.

Dubai College, Al Safa

Fees : AED 87,986

This not-for-profit school is run by a trust, so you can at least rest safe in the knowledge that the money you’re paying is going straight back into the school and its services. It teaches the UK curriculum, and consistently sends students to the top universities in the world. But all of this comes at a cost – AED 87,986 per year, to be precise.

Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS), Arabian Ranches

Fees : AED 89,368

This is another institution from the ‘old-school’ days of Dubai, with parents and alumni that hold it in very high regard. It teaches the UK curriculum, but also offers the IB curriculum – deemed by some to be a more difficult qualification to achieve. For a year’s worth of tuition here, you’re looking at AED 89,368.
